Apellate Practice:

Sometimes, the litigation process produces unfavorable results, and it becomes necessary to determine if taking and appeal is appropriate. In other occasions, it is necessary to defend a favorable decision against an appeal. Mr. Rodríguez belongs to the select and reduced group of Puerto Rican attorneys who have had the opportunity to work at the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit alongside one of the Court’s most experienced and reputable Judges. He has also provided successful representation to clients at the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals. Accordingly, our office has the expertise and necessary skill set to provide legal advice and representation in appellate cases, directly to the client or to attorneys seeking to subcontract the work related to the drafting and presentation of an appellate brief.
