During the last decades, methods for alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation have begun to gain general acceptance and are being used more frequently. This tendency, for the most part, has been predicated on the flexibility, speed, and economy generally associated with these methods vis-à-vis the complexity, time, and expenses associated with the judicial adjudicative process. Our office has vast experience providing legal advice and successful representation to clients involved in arbitration or mediation proceedings. Mr. Rodríguez has also completed all the requirements necessary to become certified as an arbitrator and mediator by the Puerto Rico Supreme Court.
